VOLODARKA

The project of a house on the banks of the Ros River in the city of Volodarka, located in the Bila Tserkva district of the Kyiv region.

Developed according to the technical specifications of the customer, which was previously agreed with the architectural and design department. A feature of the project is that the main part of the windows was to overlook the picturesque meadow in front of the river. Accordingly, a spacious kitchen-living room with access to a spacious terrace was located in this area. The combination of the terrace and porch was due to the customer's desire to separate from neighboring houses. The project provides for two children's rooms and a parents' bedroom with a separate wardrobe and bathroom. A furnace room and a guest bathroom are located in the common area. The roof of the terrace blocks the southern sun, so in the summer, staying in the kitchen-living room and terrace will be as comfortable as possible.
