Project 0319.

Initially, the customer contacted us with a ready-made project that did not suit him as the implementation of the design documentation. In the process of redesigning, a lot of work was done to coordinate details and components with the general contractor and the customer's technical supervision. As a result of additions and discussions, the architecture of the house was completely changed. In the planning decisions, almost everything remained the same, except for the covered BBQ terrace and the open terrace on the second floor.

The result of the joint efforts was a very interesting and modern project.
The roof, made of high-quality metal, smoothly transitions to the facade, making the house squat. Natural wood inserts on the facade make the house cozy and unique at the same time.
